Service

Note: Service does not include machine carpet cleaning, power-washing, or exterior windows. Space must have access to hot water and electricity.

Regular Cleaning May Include:

  • banisters

  • base boards

  • blinds

  • cabinets/cupboards/drawers (exterior)

  • carpets (vacuumed)

  • ceiling fans

  • dishwasher (exterior)

  • doors

  • drains

  • dryer/washer (exterior)

  • hard floors

  • light fixtures (do not disassemble)

  • microwave (full surface, inside and under)

  • refrigerator/freezer (exterior)

  • stove (exterior)

  • trim

  • vent covers and grills

  • walls

  • windows (interior only and sills)

  • other

Rates & Pricing

*Regular Cleaning is scheduled in advance based on availability. Arrival is between 10AM-11AM and departure is between 3PM-4PM. Regular Cleaning is set at a flat rate, $200 (Client may provide list of priorities within time permitting based on scope, depth, and condition of the home to be cleaned.)

**Detailed Move In/Out prices vary depending on scope, depth, and condition of fully vacant area to be deep-cleaned. (May include entirety of Regular Cleaning with further attention to detail as well as the interior and underneath/behind all major appliances, interior of cabinetry, etc., see Services above). Minimum of $400.
